If you have indicated that you have ants, we will only investigate this if you are a pensioner or disabled resident.

If you have indicated that you have rats in a domestic dwelling. This is dealt with as a priority.

Insects should be put into a small, clearly marked container, such as a match box, or other similar type of container, and delivered or posted to:
